How to prevent from viruses ?

Well recently i saw this from my friend and i think it would be better if everyone know this...

HOw To Prevent Virus on Your Comp

1. Don't DL porn (no BH.. not even little bit.)
2. Don't click the "CONGRATS YOU ARE THE 999,99th VISITOR" banner. (mom did this b4)
3. Don't accept files from just anyone. If someone sends a unknown file over, make sure you ask the person what he is sending. Esp Chinese songs. My com is full of china songs that i don't listen to because all my china friends keep sending me... o.. lari topik.. sori
4. Use an anti virus. I know ppl who don't. (pokes at see seng :P)
   

IF You AlrEady KeNa ViruS

1. Download Free Anti Virus Like AVG and Ad-Aware.
2. Find Even more GENG anti virus. Try www.final4ever.com
3. If all fails, go to dban.sourceforge.net and REFORMAT!!!
4. If that fails........ Well.. PC fair might help...
